Innovative Approaches of University Library in the System of Ensuring the Quality of Education

Abstract: The relevance of the topic is in substantiation of importance of using information and library systems and resources to prevent the generalization of results of publishing activity of university community, as well as in the assessment of their contribution to ensuring the quality of university’ educational and scientific activities. The purpose of the work is to highlight the key aspects and advantages of the implementation and use of the information-analytical system NUFT Publication card in the context of ensuring the quality of educational activities at the National University of Food Technologies. Since, in today’s conditions, modern educational institutions are faced with the challenges to create an effective system of ensuring the quality of education, which would meet modern standards and promote the development of research, its publication and implementation in the educational process. The work methodology is based on the use of general scientific methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as on the basis of new approaches using library science methods and computer technologies. The scientific novelty of the article is in the presentation of an innovative approach in the system of ensuring the quality of educational activities of university and the relation ship between library electronic information resources and the information and education environment. This approach allows one to solve effectively the task of operational search and information storage, to provide information to university academic community. One of the key features of the NUFT Publication card system is the informational support of research work and orientation to the coverage of the university’s publishing activity. Conclusions. The information-analytical system NUFT Publication card, as an integral component of the internal system in providing educational activities, creates an innovative environment for scientific development and improving the quality of educational and scientific activities. This is one of the key factors for improving the university’s ranking and image in the modern scientific space, where the openness and availability of information determine new standards and innovative approaches in the educational process.
