Possibilities of Sociocommunication Technologies in Personalization and Accessibility of LearningAbstract: The problem of applied socio-communication technologies in the field of educational services is actualized by users’ requests for improving the learning processes and interaction of communication participants, teachers and the development of the educational environment, which create conditions for interactive, personalized and accessible learning that meets the modern requirements of the digital age. The purpose of the study is to establish the capabilities of socio-communication technologies in personalization and accessibility of educational services. The research methodology involves the use of such methods of cognition as methods of social communication theory and document studies, methods of scientific analysis and synthesis, survey-analytical, terminological methods, and the method of Internet monitoring. Scientific novelty. It has been established that the main elements of communication interaction and information exchange are distance learning platforms, means of interactive knowledge exchange, messengers, social networks and video conferences, which provide easy communication and support for feedback. Socio-communication technologies, through the development of communication support for society and access to information, open up wide opportunities for the development of personalized and accessible learning, the development of information and the use of information resources for their own purposes. In order to solve modern problems of using applied socio-communication technologies in the field of educational services, it is necessary to overcome the inequality of access to digital resources, which causes a gap between different social groups. It is known that limited access to the Internet, lack of technical skills among some participants in the educational process, the risk of digital addiction, aswell as issues of data security and confidentiality significantly affect the quality of the educational process. The development of digital culture, improving the skills of participants in the educational process and creating a safe educational environment will contribute to the effective use of socio-communication technologies and improving the quality of education. Conclusions. The usage of the latest opportunities of socio-communication technologies helps to increase the efficiency of interaction processes in any area of social cooperation, makes learning more inclusive and helps institutions adapt to rapid changes.
