The Editorial Board of the journal adheres to the standards established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and follows the principles outlined in the document “Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors”, available on the COPE website.
Privacy Statement
The names and email addresses provided by users of this journal’s website will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of the journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to a third party.
Academic Integrity Policy
The Editorial Board is committed to upholding the principles of academic integrity and expects authors to:
- comply with copyright and related rights legislation;
- ensure the originality of submitted manuscripts (materials must not have been published previously in any language);
- provide accurate information about research methods, results, and sources;
- properly cite all sources when using borrowed ideas, data, or statements;
- avoid self-plagiarism (use of one’s own published work is permitted only if there is a valid reason for doing so, must be clearly indicated and cited).
The Editorial Board rejects manuscripts in which the following are detected:
- plagiarism (presenting others’ research results as one’s own; verbatim use of others’ texts without proper attribution; use of visual materials without citing the source);
- self-plagiarism (reuse of previously published own texts without proper citation);
- compilation (combining original and borrowed text without appropriate referencing);
- incorrect or incomplete references that hinder identification of sources;
- paraphrasing or summarizing ideas from any sources without proper citation;
- submission of works produced by third parties as one’s own;
- fabrication or falsification of research data or results.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to automated plagiarism detection using software such as StrikePlagiarism, followed by expert evaluation. Based on similarity reports, reviewers confirm the absence of improper borrowings, the originality of the research, and proper citation of all sources.
To protect confidentiality and intellectual property, it is unacceptable to upload submitted manuscripts to any artificial intelligence systems.
The editorial board of the journal takes measures to ensure high ethical and professional standards of publishing in accordance with the Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing, the provisions outlined in the Publishing Ethics Resource Kit (PERK) for Editors, and the standards of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
The journal adheres to the ethical principles for editors, publishers, reviewers, and authors established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and presented in the document “Code of Conduct and Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.”
Principles of Editorial and Publisher Ethics
In making decisions on publication, the editorial board is guided by the reliability of the data presented and the scientific significance of the work.
Manuscripts are evaluated solely on their intellectual content, without regard to the authors’ race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship, social status, or political views.
Unpublished data obtained from submitted manuscripts must not be used for personal purposes or disclosed to third parties without the author’s written consent. All information contained in submitted manuscripts is treated as confidential and must not be used for personal gain.
The editorial board does not accept manuscripts if there are grounds to believe that they contain plagiarism.
The editorial board will retract a publication if evidence of plagiarism or unreliable data is identified. Authors are informed upon submission that their manuscript may be rejected or a publication may be retracted at any stage if violations of publication ethics are detected. The editorial board recommends that authors consult COPE guidelines on post-publication discussions and retraction policies. Responsibility for allowing the publication of materials containing signs of academic misconduct also lies with the responsible editorial staff.
The editorial board receives and responds to post-publication inquiries and comments via the official email address. Based on internal review, corrections, retractions, or apologies will be published in the next issue, with reference to the article in which errors or inaccuracies were identified.
Principles of Reviewer Ethics
A manuscript received for review must be treated as a confidential document and must not be shared with or discussed with third parties without authorization from the editorial board. To ensure confidentiality and protection of intellectual property, it is unacceptable to upload submitted manuscripts into any artificial intelligence systems.
Reviewers must provide objective and reasoned evaluations of the research results. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate.
Unpublished data obtained from manuscripts under review must not be used by reviewers for personal purposes.
Reviewers who believe they are not sufficiently qualified to assess a manuscript, or who cannot provide an objective evaluation (including in cases of conflict of interest with the author or affiliated organization), must inform the editorial board and request to be excluded from the review process.
In cases of conflict of interest arising from competition, collaboration, or other relationships with any of the authors or organizations associated with the manuscript, reviewers must notify the editorial board and decline participation in the review process.
Principles of Author Ethics
Authors must present accurate and reliable results of their research. The submission of knowingly false or falsified data is unacceptable.
Authors must ensure that the manuscript is entirely original. Any use of others’ data must be properly cited with clear reference to the original source. Excessive borrowing and plagiarism in any form—including unattributed quotations, paraphrasing, or appropriation of others’ research results—are unethical and unacceptable.
Authors must acknowledge the contributions of all individuals who have influenced the research and include appropriate references to relevant works.
Authors are required to disclose any significant conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their research. The editorial board reserves the right to reject a manuscript if a conflict of interest raises doubts about the integrity of the research. Manuscripts of a promotional or commissioned nature will not be accepted for publication.
Authors must not submit manuscripts that are under consideration by another journal or that have already been published elsewhere.
All individuals who have made a significant contribution to the research must be listed as co-authors. It is unacceptable to include individuals who did not participate in the research.
If an author identifies significant errors or inaccuracies in a manuscript during the review process or after publication, they must promptly notify the editorial board.
