Abstract: The article is devoted to reveal the role of information-analytical structures of scientific libraries in the informative support of the public authorities in terms of the social informatization. In particular, the activity of the National Library of Ukraine Vernadsky (Vernadsky National Library) is considered as an example of the effective use of the scientific library’s potential as a center of information-analytical support of market reforms in terms of globalization.
