Abstract: The article is devoted to the revealingof the significance of the libraries in the formation of a legal culture. It is analyzed, in particular, the modern position of informing in the legal sphere by libraries. The benefits of research library in the organization of support of legal culture development are caused by consolidation of its funds, including internet access, skilled professionals and infrastructure for readers.
