Abstract: The article deals with modern scientific approaches in the field of advertising libraries, the features ensuring terminological researches. The advertising and marketing, communications research approaches are discussed there. A socio cultural approach is emphasized in this article.The specificity of the library advertising as one of the types of advertising.
