Abstract: The article is sanctified to illumination of problem of perfection of manners and matter of textbooks, other educational literature, in particular train aid, with the purpose of providing of their accordance to the tasks of informative function, role and setting as the fixed assets of studies in the conditions of speed-up computerization and distribution of electronic technologies. An attempt to consider electronic educational edition as complex programmatic system is carried out.
