Abstract: Тhe article contains analysis of information resources of archives of academic institutions. It discusses the problems associated with the process of informatization of archival affairs in the NAS of Ukraine at archives of scientific institutions. The text includes information on possible ways of evolution of information resources of academic institutions’ archives in conditions of the electronic information environment.
