Abstract: The article continues a series of publications devoted to personal libraries of famous persons of the past ages. The object of this study is the library of Ukrainian historian and archaeologist Vladimir Bonifatiіovych Antonovych. The paper clarified the historical conditions that define the collecting activity of the scientist, and analyzed the history of the formation and current status of his personal library.
