Manipulative Technologies in Modern Information Exchange and Modern Library Activities

Abstract: The article deals with information technology, especially the use of manipulative techniques used online media to convey information, texts that have meaningful impact on the human mind, certain social groups in society to achieve the objectives in order of political, commercial and other stakeholders. Highlights studies by different authors on the role and application of methods of influence on media audiences are data index performance Russian propaganda in different regions of Ukraine. In the case studies analyzed manipulative techniques of information and concluded that using a special vocabulary, terminology, names of articles and reports in conditions of information warfare growing threat to social and psychological impact of directional on changing perceptions about real human events forming behavior, the imposition of a given social setting and excitement-political sentiment.
