Library and Analytical Work as a Component of Combating anti-Ukrainian Informational Aggression

Abstract: The article analyzes important factors ensuring national information sovereignty, which, unfortunately, has not been given serious consideration in the development of Ukraine since independence. The examples of theoretical development and practical application of analytical and communication units of SIAS and NLL proved the importance of timely and quality information and analytical support public authorities to make decisions and respond appropriately to threats, particularly information. The experience and achievements SIAS and NLL on the operational performance of information requests through state institutions of synergy library and publishing, information analysis, and distant communication work. Attention is given to an active process of implementation of information and communication technologies and applications on the basis of the modern library service, so SIAS and NLL serve a wide range of library services customers, including authorities, producing informational, analytical and synthetic, predictive library products, covering a wide range of socially important issues and takes place in the current information counter threats.
