Advertising Products and Services of Libraries on the Library website

Abstract: The most important form of promotion of library services and products library is a library listing. Advertising library – is its image in the information space, which serves to promote library activities, in particular – its information function. The article reveals peculiarities of advertising through the library website. The specificity of advertising in an electronic environment based on analysis of the web sites of seven national libraries of Ukraine. Directions of direct advertising, promotion of products and services, marketing and branding strategy as a component library communications.
