Information Communication in Evolution National Information Space

Abstract: The article discusses the importance of the evolution of the social informational communications in the process of development of the national information space in the context of globalization. There are emphasis on mainstreaming of forecasting and analytical approaches to the study of the processes of vertical and horizontal exchange of information, development of procedures to manage these processes. Actualization of social communications are now driven by increased globalization, carrying along with a positive value, and also the threat of a general unification process, the negative prospects for national development. Transformation of the network of information communications in the interests of national information space, the development of mechanisms of influence on them and thereby ensuring the strengthening of national information sovereignty, which contributes to neutralizing the negative information processes. These communication, within the existing legal framework, requires the government control, ensuring further development of informatization in the country, ensuring opportunities to access and use by citizens the important information resources and information that are necessary for the development of the individual and society. This issue is the subject of the proposed article.
