Peculiarities of the Use of Regional Internet Resources in the working Out of the Library Base of Sources of Information Analysis Product

Abstract: The article is devoted to the importance analytical of the work of the IASS specialists in terms of selection of the required inform at ion from the Internet data array. The aim of the research is to examine the problem of highlighting the current information on events in Ukraine in regional internet resources on the example of several regions with the view of more profound description of the situation in the country. To improve own information analysis product the IASS specialists, using created by them map of active electronic information sources, analyze, evaluate and select the publications on the local authorities’ web-sights, news online media, blogs. IASS’s own information project «Regions today» («Регіони сьогодні») is published daily – http://сіаз.укр/регіони-сьогодні. Search for information from regional internet sources to supplement topical collections is very important for the enlargement of the arsenal of search mechanisms and the number of reports from remote regions. These activities help to solve the problem of insuffi cient users’ access to the information from remote regions, facilitate more effective use of national internet sources.
