Information-Analytical Activity as a Factor Can Reduce Risk of Development of Economy

Abstract: The article is devoted to the problems of the searching the modern ways of libraries’ transformation in the common state science information complex. The typical outlines and peculiarities of the modern financial information space and the effectiveness of libraries’ services with web-resources using are analysed. The main object is to found the national product in order to familiarise the general public with subdivisions’ scientific and analitic achievements and to create the professional library community around internet-resources. The author analises how to make use the prepared information for forming the users’ modern economic, juridical and political thought and the advocativeness in order to the right perception of the population the offers according to reforms. The Ukrainian scientists offer the new technologies of such informative space. Libraries have the large importance on the phase of the preparing an information and its transformation in our society.
