Filina Antonina Patterns and trends of Ukrainian culture in the world’s cultural and historical processAbstract: The article is devoted to analysis of patterns and tendencies of development Ukrainian culture in the different periods of statehood and determination the main directions of cultural sphere reformation. The author assumed the pluralistic model of culture-balanced society as a basis of research. During the investigation it was established that the generic structure of culture staying indeterminate because of variety changes and impacts within the culture. Depending on this conclusion, the author is justified for statement that the modern cultural life is characterized by new correlation of the different parts of culture, such as professional, amateur art activities, traditionally national art and religious ones. It is significant, that the changing of social and civil states of religious status became the characteristic feature of new sociocultural reality. This process entails the involving the great amount of people in religion and increase its influence on the morals, art, life style and spiritual values of society. It’s proved that reforms in cultural sphere are required. The reformation of cultural policy, saving of government financing as the main source of culture support (irrespective of form of property and economy) as well as the most part of material and technical infrastructure of culture must be taken as a basis. There are a few main components of the process of cultural sphere reformations. One of them is forming modern legislative basis for the culture, art and related scopes of activity, which must be satisfied with present-day world requirements taking into consideration of national features. The next is reorganization of nationwide and regional institutions of management, readjustment of property and financial-economical interrelations in the cultural sphere with the object of organization the system of educational, cultural, social and sports institutions, whose activity is not aimed at profit earning. It should stimulate the improvement of system non-state, independent organizations (unions, funds, professional guilds, creative collectives) which can provide an advanced stage of development the culture by means of creative, economical, administrative and legal forms of its being by the help of society and state support. The reformation is impossible without creating the form of healthy protectionism of native culture, national artistic production with the aim of increasing their competitive power and preventing the new threat of ‘cultural colonization’ of Ukraine. The author of the article came to a conclusion that the topical theme for all countries is the matter of coordination worldwide efforts in protection national cultures in the process of world economy globalization which assists cultural and language multiplicity, guarantee cultural figures rights, prospection through the technical development and globalization. At the same time cultural heritage memorization, secure state sovereignty, cultural varieties are necessary in a subject to international trade and liberalization of investment.
