Zubko Nadiia To the problem of forming electronic collection of textbooks on chemistry in soviet periodAbstract: The expediency of creating an electronic collection of school textbooks on chemistry published in the Soviet period is grounded. The author defines that the collection of books on chemistry for secondary schools would cover the books published during the years 1921 1993 in Ukraine. The author proves that the establishment of an electronic collection of educational media interest historians of school pedagogy, books, literature, science, language, culture, ideology, customs, teachers, psychologists and doctors, students editing and publishing professions, authors, illustrators, editors, publishers, experts of modern textbooks. The main problems on the way of its formation and perspective development are defined.The chronological sequence of publication of textbooks on chemistry for secondary schools is described. The original and translated textbooks on chemistry produced by publishers «Ukrainskyy robitnyk», «Derzhvydav Ukrainy», «Radianska shkola» аre considered. The evolution reissues of textbook chemistry one author is tracked (by the example of the book on organic chemistry L. Tsvetkova). The collection of textbooks is proposed to supplement other components of sеt of educational books: books of problems, reading books, training aids, guides, popular non-fiction publications. The author proves that the electronic copies with the right to read, copy, download, will help expand the educational books and improve their in the future.
