Classification of documentation of scientific institutions of NAS of Ukraine in the context of their archives

Abstract: The article shows the signs the document as a unity of material and information components that are used to classify documents generated in the activities of research institutions of NAS of Ukraine. It is reveals belonging of documentation of scientific institutions of NAS of Ukraine to general documentation systems of Ukraine, and shows the Then follows the information on the features and principles that are used to the internal classification of documents on the stage of records management and its importance for the formation of archive groups of institutions of NAS of Ukraine. The text provides information on history of work on the storage plan of research institutions of NAS of Ukraine.
