Abstract: It is described the pedagogical activity of well-known scientist in librarian and documentation spheres – M. Slobodianyk, who was a founder of Department of documentary communications of Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts. It is underlined his contribution in the specialty of «documentation and information activities» development.
