Methodological Basis for Study Political Parties Media as an Object of Library-Informational Activity

Abstract: The paper deals with certain features of methodological basis for study of Ukrainian political parties media as an object of library-informational activity, and applying of various methodological approaches, analysis of its effectiveness as well. This made possible the conclusion on impact of applying communicative issues of methodological complex in library studies. Dialectical method is its basis, its components are systematic, informational, structural and functional, institutional, comparative, historical, terminological approaches and the whole complex of scientific, particular and special methods, while social and communicational approach is the most important and resultative one. The use of such a set of methods ensures the study of library role in processing and preserving the information of party mass media, functions, technological processes, development of funds in political and communicative processes as a system. Importance of conducting research of specifics of functioning and tasks of library units involved in the study of media information is emphasized.
