Network Models for the Transmission of Multimedia and Communication Information in an Information and Library Environment

Abstract: In the article the principles and technology of functioning of digital integrated service networks, standards and protocols of data transmission in them are analyzed. Several models of modern architecture networks with service integration have been developed and presented. The analysis of design techniques and a unified system approach to the assessment of telecommunication services (maintenance) is also conducted. The method of estimation and determination of the coefficients of readiness of the sites of the primary network to establish connections is experimentally investigated. The structure of the connection in the primary communication network was considered and possible cases of the result of the experiments were investigated, the sequence of analysis and use of the obtained experimental information was determined. The method of estimation of the CIS concept is analyzed on the basis of a complex hierarchical model that takes into account topological, informational and technical aspects. The conclusions about the prospects of their technical implementation, development and implementation of certain types of services using modern protocols for the transmission of multimedia information in the information and library environment were made.The dependencies of library networks with service integration were investigated and the following information was obtained: comparative qualitative assessments of the capabilities of protocols for the types of telecommunication services considered, options for joint implementation of several types of services based on a single protocol. The conclusions about the possibility, prospects of technical implementation and implementation of certain types of services using modern protocols for transmission of multimedia information in the information and library environment are made.It is stated that this sphere of activity has great prospects for further development and is characterized by steady increase and expansion of the number and range of services, changes in cost and quality of service
