Communication System of Documentary Support of the Legal Sphere and State Unifi ed Documentation System: Features of the Relationship

Abstract: The article focus is on determining the features of the relationship between a new communication system of documentary support of the legal sphere and a more established state unified system of documentation. In the meantime, it is proposed to define a state unified system of documentationin the field of jurisprudence as a set of official documents that have a unified formand was produced in accordance with uniform standards, designed to ensure and to direct the activities of state executive bodies, enterprises, institutions and organizations, as well as to promote implementation of their one-vector and two-vector links with individuals and legal entities of all forms property in the legal sphere, exchange of information with them. It is proved that the communication system of documentary support of the legal sphere is a subordinate part of the state unified system of documentation in the field of jurisprudence, which, in turn, is related to the subordination of the state unified documentation system as a whole. It was found that the communication aspect, in combination with documentary aspect, is one of the determinants in the characterization of all these systems, which arein interdependence. Against this background, determining the place of the state unified system of documentationin the field of jurisprudence among documentation systems in general couldbe considered as an important task for further scientific research.
