Publication fees

The series "Academic Papers of V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine" maintains a policy of open access to published material, recognizing the priority principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and knowledge exchange for global social progress.

Users are free to read, download, copy and distribute the content for educational and scientific purposes with obligatory indication of authorship.

Publication in the journal "Academic Papers of V. I. Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine" is free of charge.

The Editorial Board provides open (“diamond”) access (free for both authors and readers) to all articles and issues of the journal.

The journal encourages submissions from third-cycle (doctoral/PhD) students, who are exempt from any fees for processing, peer review, and/or publication of their articles.
