Оfficial writing Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine as the object of intellectual property

Abstract: This article discusses the features of the official writing as objects of copyright. Getting to the consideration of employee-created objects of intellectual property rights, the author finds it necessary to focus on the very concept of intellectual property and its forms. Considerable attention is given to the review and analysis of the concept of official writing on the example of works created by scientists. The author concludes that the employee’s work by Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine must be characterized by the existence of the employment relationship and to create a proper legal registration service works, a direct relationship between the worker and the work function of the official result of intellectual activity, the presence of a service job to create an object of copyright.
