Bibliographic sources on the history of South and the East of Ukraine

Abstract: In the article submitted and analyzed various types of the bibliographic indexes, which could be essential as a source for new researches on the history of South and the East of Ukraine. In particular, special attention is paid to the analysis of thematic, local history, personal and сonsumer indexes. These include literature, which covers the period from the XVI century – to the present day. Much attention is paid to the themed indexes, in which represent books and sources about Ukrainian national revolution of 1917–1920, artificial hunger in the 20-th, 30-th and 40-th years of the twentieth century, the repressions, the events of the Second World War in the southern and eastern regions of Ukraine. We analyze the structure, types of documents and literature, considered indexes.
