Integration processes in the archival branch: building a professional network with the official websites of the institutions

Abstract: The review of the first in archive branch of Ukraine of integration formation on the basis of information technologies – a professional network which is created from the websites of archive establishments of Kiev region. Functionalities which help the staff of archive branch to perform the work more effectively are in details considered. The object review of tools which is used by archivists for the solution of specific objectives is realized. Separately attention is paid to a question of information security from illegal access. In this example, the implementation of information technologies for the implementation of the integration project within the whole region that combined to a professional network of sixty-two sites of archival institutions – «The Electronic network of archives of Kyiv region», demonstrated the possibility of successful implementation of large-scale innovative projects without attracting additional funding.
