Turovska Lesia, Smolar Inessa Organization of the electronic book exhibitions in the context of the informatiive and communicative activity of scientific libraryAbstract: In our research we stopped in organizing exhibitions in electronic Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine (VNLU) as one of the genres of electronic information. Electronic trade deals with us, on the one hand – as a means of production and organization of knowledge, on the other – as a tool for remote maintenance in the information needs of users in expanding access to large amounts of important information. Eelectronic exhibition – is a demonstration of the Internet with the help of WEB-tech virtual images specially selected and systematized printed works that are presented to remote users to view, review and use. In electronic exhibitions structured arrays growing library of information resources, and most of the exhibition is social communicator’s information. Therefore, the subject of our study was the information and communication activities Research Library; object – the exhibition in the context of electronic library informative and communication activities. The basis of the research was the electronic book exhibitions (hereinafter – EBKV) organized documents using universal auxiliary fund (hereinafter – UPF) Department comprehensive library service (hereinafter – VKBO) VNLU. EBKV UPF VKBO as part of Internet resources VNLU created to promote disclosure and universal auxiliary fund via the Internet. The driving force of EBKV acts the contradiction between the growing information needs of users and the actual level of their satisfaction. Source of nutrient equivalent is available, systematically and comprehensively documentary revolving fund subsidiary. EBKV VKBO takes the form of an electronic information products and are published on the site VNLU in "Electronic exhibition" access mode: http://www.nbuv.gov.ua/exhibitions. Introduction to information sources exhibitions allows users to save time, pay attention to the most interesting documents; depriving them of the need to directly view the primary material. EBKV VKBO have unlimited term exposure, access, remote viewing via the Internet, updates and additions by librarians. Their set is equivalent accumulated archive that allows you to play exhibition chronicling over a long period and there is in fact distributed data bank and knowledge of different industries, science and culture. Published EBKV VKBO provides market research on the effectiveness of the use of the reader. However, there is a need for training highly library IT professionals, intermediaries between existing information resource and social potential that uses it. The organization of EBKV serves the shining example of scientific and practical application of information and communication technology in the activities. It increases informational potential library collection; promotes active disclosure to the users and stimulates enrichment and development.
