Presenting the educational libraries Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine in social networks

Abstract: The network of Educational libraries of Ministry of Education (ME) of Ukraine and National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (NAPS) of Ukraine includes more than 1800 libraries. Applying modern communicatory technologies, libraries provide users with free and quick access to the information resources of the industry. Nowadays the popularity of libraries is largely dependent on how they are represented online. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the use of social networking by libraries and also the theoretical basis of the impact of social networks on the development and improvement of educational libraries. The scientists has proved that educational libraries that do not use capabilities of social media in their business should adapt quickly to the new ways of communication with users. Because it's easier and more convenient to advertise their services through the social network , get a feedback from users and other libraries. This study will promote the development of innovation activity of educational libraries of ME and NAPS of Ukraine.
