The source base of the researching of the Ukrainian Diaspora history in Canada in 1918–1939

Abstract: In the article it was observed and classified the whole complex of the sources, concerning political, social, economic, spiritual, household spheres of the life and the activities of the Ukrainian people in the Diaspora of Canada in the interwar period. It was researched in complex normative-law acts of the states Canada, Poland, Romania, Czechoslovakia and the USSR, recordkeeping documents, publicistic and political works of the members of the parties, public organizations, press of organs of state board, public organizations, political parties, statistics, diaries, memoirs, private correspondence, personal dossier of potential emigrants. It was defined information potential of archival and published sources and the significance of submitted facts in them for explorers.
