Анотація: Стаття присвячена історії співпраці міжнародних організацій у галузі створення електронних ресурсів, зокрема в розробці Міжнародного стандарту архівного опису. Визначено внесок канадських архівістів у розвиток цього актуального напряму сучасного архівознавства.
